Sacred Center Massage is an honouring of the place of origin – the navel, which is a portal into the house of life energy within you, into all that you are.

Your session opens with Five-Element Touch, a sequence of five distinct qualities of contact that prepare the nervous system for softening and invite the energies in the body to harmonise. From this softened state, attention turns to the abdomen—the energetic and physical centre in both Ayurveda and Daoist medicine, where digestion, vitality, and emotional holding often converge.

At the heart of this space lies the navel: our first anchor to existence, the site of our early nourishment through the umbilical cord. In many cultures, it is considered a gateway of life force and instinctive wisdom. Yet for many people, this part of the body can feel tender, guarded, or difficult to inhabit. Personal history, tension, trauma, and cultural conditioning can all create disconnection from this vital centre.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Yin Yoga is a blend of yogic and doaist principles, using physical shapes to stimulate energy meridians of the body. Shapes are held for 2-5 minutes, allowing us to stretch the connective tissues of the body and support the nervous system. The sequence is grounded by 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra, or 'yogic sleep' to prepare you for a restorative night. Book here.
