So that we may Love ourselves
Thrive
And share our Magic with the world
My journey into coaching began with a six-month training at the Self Craft Coaching Academy, alongside an international community committed to deep inner work. This work lives within me deeply to this day and I have found it to cut to the heart of our creative human potential.
However, it was the challenges I experienced in the years following, including health journeys with my thyroid and womb, as well as experiences of suppression, isolation and chronic stress, that I came to appreciate both the power and the limits of coaching.
I learned that empowerment cannot be forced when the nervous system is still in survival, often shaped by trauma or systemic inequity. This understanding led me to study psychology and counselling and trauma-informed yoga. This chapter helped me to integrate my own experiences and find my way back to wellbeing and to meet people with greater care as a practitioner, with greater responsibility and respect for personal context.
The coaching I offer now is creative and empowering at its heart, but is supported by a foundation of deep compassion and respect for the struggles and obstacles we can face in actualising ourselves and our dreams. I aim to resource you, with a combination of intuitive and more structured approaches, as well as with community care when needed.
All of you is welcome here. Let's make medicine with all of it <3

Embodiment as a Path to Authenticity
Two core values that I aim to impart, are embodiment and authenticity. While many women understand intellectually that the mind and body are connected, lived experience often tells a different story. We have been shaped by systems that privilege thinking over feeling and safety over self-expression, teaching us to override our instincts and doubt our voice. Over time, this can create disconnection from the body, fragmentation within the self, and a quiet loss of aliveness, ease, and truth.
May this work weave threads of beauty in the tapestry of your relationship to self and life — through the body as your home, and the voice as your expression in the world. Through embodiment practices, courageous inquiry, and creative exploration, I support you to reconnect with your inner resources and meet your life on your own terms. I am not here to fix or direct, but to walk alongside you in service to your innate wisdom and be your partner in self-discovery and the learning journey of expressing what we find within, into the relational world.

At the end of the day, the most powerful skill of all is to hold a therapeutic space. My job is cultivate the container for you to find your own way.
You are the medicine.
Let’s unearth it together.

Who I work with
I am open to working with any woman who feels drawn to my work or where there is already the essence of a therapeutic relationship, be it from having attended a yoga class or received a massagwe from me.
A demographic I am particularly interested in supporting is young women between the ages of 18 and 27, partly due to my life experience that supports me to hold valuable space for this generation and also because of my passion for young women receiving more support around their journey with their bodies, self-expression, relationships and purpose in the world.
I grew up in human-centered environments, supported from many angles to be myself and yet I still struggled. I want to be part of the tribe that can support young women to bloom and love themselves - the earlier the better.
It is for this reason that I offer coaching on a sliding scale payment system, to make it accessible and sustainable for young women.
Techniques and Approaches I use
Body-Based approaches
At the end of the day, we feel freedom as an experience in the body – we breathe easy, our heartbeat is at rest and energy is allowed to flow, be it through allowing ourselves to speak, to move or allowing emotions to flow through tears, laughter or shifts in perspective. We will pay attention to how your body is feeling and behaving as you speak about different topics. We will engage the breath, posture and principles of mindfulness and nervous system regulation in examining current responses to life circumstances as well as accessing and "trying on" new ways of being. We will work with our energy by acknowledging the body as instrument and collaborator in the creation of our lives. What story is living in your body?
Examples of techniques and tools:
Archetypal Embodiment practices
Self-Regulation exercises
Dropping into the body at the start of session
Somatic (body-part) Inquiry / Guidance
Engaging voice and gesture to shift / direct energy
Energetic Clearing
Narrative Approaches
We will identify and examine the meaning-making that is contributing to your experience and equally, the perspectives that you want to inform your preferred experience. By exploring and playing with different perspectives, we can find alternatives that feel empowering and authentic and be cognitively aware of when old narratives are at play so that we can consciously re-tell who we are through our words and interactions. How we tell our story impacts how we remember and process those events and in turn, how we are primed to behave and feel in the future. Please note that spiritual bypassing is NOT a method I condone. Owning our experiences for the impact they had is part of bringing them and the self into wholeness. Doing our best with what we have at the time is integral to the Heroes Journey and informs the wisdom and gifts we can then return to the Kingdom. Narrative approaches help us to consciously choose what influence our story has on our life.
Examples of techniques and tools:
Identifying and re-assessing underlying beliefs
Identifying Values & Resources
Telling our story in new ways
Speaking from different Mindsets / Archetypes
Skillful Inquiry
Certificates of Achievement
Self-written Contracts / Letters to Self
Creating your personal Honour Code
Writing your Heroe's Journey
Creative Approaches
The entire coaching process is a a creative act and creative expression will play a role at each phase of the FREE process, from increasing self-awareness to practicing embodiment. Something happens when we are creative that allows us to access different parts of ourselves, our brains and shift energy, connecting us to our inner Magician as well as the gifts of all the Inner Archetypes through our Imaginative functions. Our entire relationship with the world is a creative collaboration. Depending on what feels right for you we will engage our creative capacity and role through the use of drawing, drama and voice techniques and ritual creation. This may take place in session or as homework tasks.
Examples of techniques and tools:
Creating ceremony and ritual
Processing through the drawing
Meditating upon sacred geometry for guidance
Archetypal contemplation
Dancing the new story
Vision-aligned playlist creation / Vision-board
Oracle cards
Visualization Journeys
Utilizing fashion and self-expression
"Gigi is a beautiful soul, she hold space so gently with a present mind and an open heart. I have been attending her zoom meetings where we share meaningful conversations about the beautiful experiences that life has to offer, how we can learn and grow into a better person from each one of them. These meetings are becoming the highlight of the week. I am eager to see the expansion of this beautiful space and invite everyone else to join in!""
