The Introductory Session is important to introduce you to the principles of Holistic Pelvic Care, build context and intention through a preliminary consultation and proceed with the session working energetically, using felt-sense, inner-vision, and breath. It is necessary before to book bodywork or a regular energetic session with me. Please note, this first session can be incredibly valuable in terms of gaining knowledge of how to self-care at home and about your body in general. Holistic care is a long-term process of education, application, adaptation and integration. This first session provides a container to start this work strong and benefit more from future sessions.

The first session is $133.

It will automatically be booked as a zoom session, however, if you are local to the Blue Mountains and would like to meet in person at Flowstate Studio in Lawson, please email or text me at time of booking and we can arrange that for you:
