The goal of the Introductory Session is to:

• Go through a thorough health consultation relevant to the treatment

• Introduce you to the principles of Holistic Pelvic Care

• Identify any goals or intentions

• Proceed with Holistic Pelvic Care treatment (physical/energetic or just energetic if physical treatment does not feel like the best way forward at this time)

• Provide home practice or body education relevant to findings

The first session is $160

Bring a sarong or flowing skirt to facilitate easy treatment. If you forget, no worries, there are towels and blankets we can use.
