Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of 'conscious rest.' It takes place lying down and journeys inward through phases of awareness to body, breath, emotion and imagery. Yoga Nidra supports nervous system health and mind-body integration through bringing us into a liminal space between waking and sleep consciousness. Book here.
Yin & Yoga Nidra

Yin Yoga is a blend of yogic and doaist principles, using physical shapes to stimulate energy meridians of the body. Shapes are held for 2-5 minutes, allowing us to stretch the connective tissues of the body and support the nervous system. The sequence is grounded by 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra, or 'yogic sleep' to prepare you for a restorative night. Book here.
