Holistic Pelvic Care® (HPC) bodywork involves gentle internal touch to the fascia of the pelvic bowl, in combination with sensory awareness and breath.

Please note, there may be some instances where bodywork becomes unhelpful to continue in that moment and I will respect that response as part of the session.

You are also welcome to work energetically without the need for physical touch.
