Heart Opening Restorative Yoga & Kirtan
with Temple of Bear Wellbeing & Senses Holistic Therapy

Join us for a nourishing evening blending the gentle, grounding powers of restorative yoga with the heart-opening practice of kirtan.

This special two-hour event invites you to soften into stillness, presence and your connection to deep layers of self through a one-hour restorative yoga class guided by Gigi (Temple of Bear), followed by a one-hour live voice toning and kirtan experience with Margot —offering space to open the voice, awaken devotion, and connect to the healing rhythm of sound and community.

Restorative yoga offers long-held, fully supported postures designed to invite the body and nervous system into deep rest. These immersive classes create space for reflection, integration, and connection to subtle awareness.

Kirtan—devotional singing drawn from the yoga tradition—fosters connection through sound and shared vibration. Margot brings her personal journey of voice, shadow work, and vibrational healing into this offering, sharing mantra and music from a place of deep heart and authenticity.

This co-creation is an invitation to explore the broader philosophies of yoga—not just through the body, but also through voice, feeling, and togetherness. Whether you are new to either practice or returning home to yourself again, you are warmly welcome.

Bring a water bottle, warm clothes and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Mats, bolsters and props provided.

Restorative Yoga

Poses involve the supportive use of props, prioritizing comfort and accessibility and the length of time that poses are held, often 10 to 15 minutes.

This gives the practitioner time to slow down and relax at a deeper physical and emotional level, facilitating the organic emergence of insight, emotional processing and physical release. A bridge inwards is created through the a variety of tools and techniques from class to class, including:

All props are provided, including blankets, blocks, mats, bolsters and eye-bags. If you have special props you'd like to bring, feel free. There will time at the end for an optional share and some tea and treats.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. While I can’t guarantee a refund for every cancellation, I’ll always do my best to be compassionate and reasonable. In many cases, I’m happy for you to transfer your ticket to a future event if you're unable to attend.
