Massage for Women

Working in holistic health as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and counsellor-in-training, I’ve met so many women running on empty — myself included.
We are cyclical beings living in a world that asks us to be linear. While our bodies move through natural phases of expansion and retreat, life often demands that we stay “on” all the time. We juggle work, study, relationships, environmental stressors, and emotional processing that doesn't always get the time it needs to complete.
It’s a lot for any body to hold.
This is why I encourage massage - not just as a luxury - but as a way to reconnect to your true self. The self that lies under the stress, the deadlines, the fog of worry and weight of responsibility.
A massage can be like a reset in a fast-moving world - one that lovingly stops you, centers you back to what is most important and returns you to your life in better shape.

My massage offers a balance of deep relaxation, therapeutic pressure that meets your body where it's at and a holistic vision of health that informs my listening touch. I do what I do best - create the container and conditions for you to let go and feel your own body-intelligence at work.
Because I truly believe in its benefits for digestive, menstrual and emotional health, I offer the inclusion of abdominal massage to support healthy flow in the powerful region of the center. You're free to include it or not - I will adapt the session to your needs on the day.
Massage durations available:
1 hour Relaxation / Abdominal / Combination - $100
75 minutes Relaxation / Combination - $120
1.5 hour Relaxation / Abdominal / Combination - $150

This 3-massage package allows you to experience what its like to prioritise self-care in your schedule and to notice any changes in your hormonal and physical health over time.
A monthly massage can literally change your experience of life through its support to your nervous system, hormones, detox pathways and felt-sense of beauty.
This package aims to promote ongoing self-care by making regularity financially realistic, and make a stand for exiting the cycles of depletion it is so easy to live by.
